Microsoft SharePoint / OneDrive Privacy Policy

CE Conformity Services, LLC (CECS) uses Microsoft Corporation’s SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business cloud-based services for exchanging client data between CECS and individuals at our clients’ organizations.  These data are stored on secure and encrypted servers.  Communication across the Internet will always use SSL/TLS connections. All SSL connections are established using 2048-bit keys.  Furthermore, individual-specific file access links may require email authentication to allow access.  By entering your email address, you are allowing CECS’s Onedrive for Business and / or  SharePoint Online service to send a one-time confirmation code to that email address.  The email data provided for this service will not be used for any other purpose.

All client data can be removed from cloud servers at the request of the client project manager.
